Evaluation Process

We offer our customers the option to receive expedited processing during the checkout process if they are placing an order with 5 or fewer devices. Expedited processing, if selected, will deduct $25 from the quoted value plus an additional $12 per device. The maximum value for 5 devices that can be deducted is $73. Expedited processing provides our customers with a USPS priority shipping label and a guarantee that their order will be evaluated within one business day after the delivery date instead of our standard 7-9 business day processing timeline. If an order is as described, customers will receive their payment within one business day of their delivery date. For orders that are not as described, customers will be able to reply to our emails until 4:30pm PST to still receive payment the same day they receive their evaluation email if the re-quoted value is accepted. If an order is not as described, same-day payment is not guaranteed after 2:30pm.

Payment

You can choose PayPal, Mailed check, bank transfer, or a gift card through PrizeOut. Please keep in mind that if you chose to receive a PayPal payment, PayPal will charge 2.9% + $0.30 of your total payment as their seller fee. iGadgetsbuy does not reimburse this fee. All orders that contain a brand new condition item will be required to be paid through PayPal. Mailed checks are sent through Deluxe Payment Exchange and take 5-7 business days to be delivered. Our bank transfers are sent through a secure link provided by our bank transfer vendor, Tipalti. There are no fees associated with bank transfers and all you will need to provide if your banking information and mailing address in a secure, private link to claim your bank transfer. PrizeOut offers thousands of gift card options to our customers with some card options offering up to a 20% bonus. Target, Amazon, and Walmart are guaranteed options to all customers and all other vendors and bonus options rotate weekly to give customers a variety of options to choose from weekly. If your entire value is not redeemed at one time you can access your remaining value at any time to claim an additional gift card. Preparing Your Device for Shipment

To make sure everything goes smoothly with your offer, you’ll want to make sure that your device has a clean IMEI/MEID number, which simply means it’s 100% ready to be activated by a new user. The qualifications for this vary from carrier to carrier. We suggest calling your cellular provider to verify that your device is ready for resale if you are unsure of its status. Note: We do not condone the buying and selling of devices that have been lost or stolen. For that reason, GadgetGone does not purchase any device that has been blacklisted or account locked. If a blacklisted or account locked device is sent to our office, our customers are responsible for return shipping expenses and may be sent an invoice of $10 per device to have them returned to the customer.
